Roger Lansdown MA, Dip Fin.
Roger Lansdown is Managing Director of Prometheus Limited. He was educated at St. Andrews University. He is agency trained in market research and analysis, having substantial experience in both consumer and business market assessment. His finance qualification includes project assessment and his skills in project analysis and viability assessment were honed in two enterprise boards (GLEB and WMEB). He assessed cultural industry projects in the former, which also had an important economic development role. He was for some years a member of a local authority planning committee and management boards of two local enterprise centres and a community arts/heritage centre through their development stage. He is a currently a director and trustee of a local training trust, which is a development trust. His current work for Prometheus includes both community based projects involving historical and /or arts buildings and economic development / regeneration projects.
He leads all Prometheus projects. He is an Arts Council and Heritage Lottery listed consultant. He also carries out marketing assessment / strategy projects for public sector clients such as the DfEE, mainly on training and guidance issues.

Felicity Tregear B A (Hons)
Felicity has substantial analysis and investigative experience gained particularly in the public sector. She has also a strong base of community experience. Felicity Tregear specialises in financial control and analysis within the small organisation, including arts and community bodies. She is strong on the establishment and vetting of financial systems and on costing and financial modelling. For some years she provided finance expertise to a leading London based national visual arts organisation and now advises community arts and heritage bodies, small businesses as well as working for Prometheus. She is knowledgeable on Arts Council and Charities requirements.
Dong Gleave
Doug is an associate consultant of Prometheus, also managing his own company Multium Communications. He has extensive expertise and experience of working with community based organisations, stimulating ideas, running brainstorming sessions, developing consensus on a way forward. He has also a strong track record of needs analysis and enabling local people to appreciate the potential for change. Doug is also an experienced trainer in the community context, a specialist in environmental education, a sound technician and a community activist, particularly on A21 issues. He worked with Prometheus on the House Mill project, in which development of community involvement and ownership was a key component and played a similar role in our Bristol THI work.
